The Champagne Mont Martin 2019 by Nicolas Maillart is crafted from 100% Meunier grapes, which were planted through mass selection in 1972 in the Lieu-Dit Les Monts Martin area of the village of Villers Allerand, classified as Premier Cru. This exceptional Champagne derives its unique characteristics from the marl and limestone-rich soil of the Thanetian region. 

The winemaking process respects the natural rhythms of the vines, utilizing biological and biodynamic treatments. When necessary, more traditional vinification methods are applied, exclusively using wooden barrels, which contribute to the outstanding purity of this Meunier. 

The 2019 vintage, with a dosage of just 1 g/l, is classified as Extra Brut and is a Blanc de Meunier that showcases remarkable character and intriguing saline notes. This wine is available in limited quantities, with only 7,589 bottles produced.
